Return Policy


RETURN POLICY AND PROCESS.

If you are not entirely pleased with your purchase you are welcome to return it. We accept returns of new, unopened, resalable merchandise. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Please contact us within 14 days of purchase and get the item back to us within 21 days of purchase. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Email us at: hello@deborahgo.com and we will help you with your return.

Your refund will be processed as soon as possible after receipt of your return and inspection of the product. If the refund is approved we will do everything we can to turn it around within 7 business days. Please note that shipping charges will not be refunded.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
