RETURN POLICY AND PROCESS.
If you are not entirely pleased with your purchase you are welcome to return it. I accept returns of new, unopened, resalable merchandise. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Please contact me within 14 days of purchase and get the item back to me within 21 days of purchase. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Email me at: firstname.lastname@example.org and I'll help you with your return.
I will process your refund as soon as possible after receipt of your return and inspection of the product. If the refund is approved I’ll do everything I can to turn it around within 7 business days. Please note that shipping charges will not be refunded.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
